The ALINCO CO₂ Insufflator is a next-generation insufflation system designed for precise CO₂ delivery during laparoscopic and endoscopic surgical procedures. It combines advanced microcontroller technology with accurate flow control, real-time pressure regulation, multiple surgical profiles and enhanced safety features.
The ALINCO series is available with maximum flow rates of 30 L/min, 45 L/min and 60 L/min, with selected ALINCO₂ models also providing integrated smoke evacuation.

ALINCO is designed to maintain stable insufflation by continuously regulating CO₂ flow and pressure during procedures. Wide CO₂ Flow Range
ALINCO supports a model-specific adjustable flow range extending from 0.1 LPM up to 60 LPM.
